Inefficient and Pathetic service

Pathetic Non-Existent customer service. I don't understand if the delivery men do not know how to read the map. I was expecting my parcel on Tuesday, the delivery guy call to tell me that he cannot find my address. I directed him to my address which was <3km from where he was. Instead of bringing the parcel to me he told me that he is not allowed to come to my area and he is returning the parcel back to the depo, it will be delivered the next day. The next day it was all quite, when I called I was told to change my address (which could clearly be find on google maps)... to cut a long story short, I still have not received my parcel even today after several calls to Courierit!!

How inefficient and Pathetic!!!
