Incomptent

They were handed my parcel on the 29th of November, to then claim that they only received the parcel on the 5th of December,whereas I was told my parcel is out for delivery on the 4th of December. To which again they failed to deliver for the week ending 8th December. I call on the 11th the call centre say my parcel is out with a customer and then my parcel is an economy "cheap" option so I will get it on the 12th of December. And Then I was told I must call the people who sent the parcel to follow up how far is the parcel and only to be told by the supervisor that the order is at their premises(floor).
