Between them and Telkom I am not sure who is the worst, it is practically a match made in hell. I ordered a phone form Telkom and the courier dispatched it for delivery, sent me a text message in the morning to that effect. I waited the entire day and no delivery was made. Surprise surprise, the idiots sent out the driver without a delivery address! Shocking as that is, they did not even bother either getting the address from Telkom or phoning me to confirm. Instead I had to phone them and give them the address. To cut the long story short, this is the second time it has happened with an order from Telkom. The previous time, I had to go to the couriers and pick up the order. These courierit guys are a bunch of ***********s who do not even care about their customers. They behave like they are doing you a favour when they must it is a service that is paid for. I wish there was a platform where they could actually see this review.
