<p>My parcel arrived in South Africa on 09 April. Not one of the staff contacted me for over two weeks. I searched for those entire two weeks who the local courier is, and I even emailed courierit and they told me they dont have a parcel for me with that tracking number. Eventually when I contacted them again, they told me they can fetch it from customs. ONLY when I reached out to them! I STILL dont have my parcel. I paid over R600 for customs and they still couldnt deliver it in time. The parcel contained bridalwear for a bride that has already gotten married, now I must refund due to your severe incompetence? I even offered to collect it from the depot and that wasnt possible. Pathetic service. Worst courier I have ever used.</p>
