*********** and horrible service

I've been waiting for this parcel for almost two weeks now. Finally I get the Sms that the courier driver will deliver parcel today. The driver gets to my workplace and I'm sent an email to come sign for a delivery. Driver doesn't even stay 5 mins for me to get to him and sign for the delivery. Doesn't even bother to call. I follow up with the courier only to be told that they have over 100 deliveries to get to. How's that my business? This is horrible service. I hope Telkom can start using a better courier company like Fastway.
