Incompetence

I ordered a deal from Telkom, they were tasked to deliver and they did not. I called them several times in the two weeks they were supposed to deliver, we arranged for delivery that never came. It was first the link they send that did not work to manage my delivery. The last call I made was on the 27 th of August, the lady said delivery will be on the 28th or latest 1st Oct and that did not happen. Called again today only to be send from pillar to post by Sumay the customer assistant manager ( if I got the tittle right).

They've shifted blame to say its telkom but ive always called yhe number they smsed, that people I spoke to are from telkon etc no accountability.
