Impossible to update delivery address

Horrible experience over the December period.

I preemptively e-mailed to update the address since the working address was closed during the December holidays.

Only to receive a notice on the day of delivery that they could not deliver since the address was closed.

Phoned immediately to correct the issue and still they were not able to change the address. Which makes things worse is the alternative delivery address provided is within a 4km radius of the original address.

Ended up having to delay the delivery until the original delivery address opened up after the holidays...
