IF IT WAS POSSIBLE TO GIVE ZERO STARS.

I sent a package via courierit - paid the overnight fee and it was not delivered on time.The receiver wouldnt accept it because it was late. Not only did these guys not tell me, I had to find out from the receiver that the window to receive was lapsed. all this a month later. When I call customer care, I get shuffled from one person to another withpout any solution. At one point they would just put me on hold for a good 10/ 15 minutes at a time. DO NOT PATRONISE THESE FOLKS. JUST ALL AROUND AWFUL. EVEN NOW MY ISSUE IS NOT RESOLVED
