I’d like to sincerely commend the wonderful lady, Thulisile Motshoeneng who assisted me with my delivery. After experiencing multiple runarounds with the driver, she stepped in professionally, communicated clearly, and made sure my package was successfully delivered. Her patience, dedication, and excellent customer service turned a frustrating situation into a positive experience. I truly appreciate her efficiency and willingness to help.
