I would like to thank, Letter Novela, the consultant who assisted me today regarding my delayed order. I have been waiting for over a week and had previously been told by other consultants that the issue had been fixed, but the problem remained unresolved. The consultant took the time to properly investigate the matter and discovered that my phone number was incomplete. He corrected it and even put me on hold while he contacted the driver to provide my correct number. This gave me some reassurance that the situation was finally being taken seriously. I also appreciated that he encouraged me to call back if I did not hear from the driver within the estimated delivery time. While I am still waiting for my package, his willingness to help, keep me informed, and take action made a positive difference to my experience.
