I would like to give a 5-star review to Novela from IT He was extremely calm, patient and very helpful from start to finish. He kept me updated the whole day, which I really appreciated. I have honestly never experienced service like this before. What surprised me the most was his positive attitude. Some people did not want to help, but he stepped in with a smile and handled everything professionally. Thank you so much for your excellent service it really made a big difference.
