He was extremely helpful and went out of his way to assist me in finding out exactly where my parcel was so that I could make sure I received it in time. I really appreciate his willingness to help and the extra effort he made. It is wonderful to receive this kind of customer service. **Thank you, Madua — your assistance made a huge difference!**
