I would like to commend Letters Novela from Courier It Services for his excellent customer service
I would like to commend Letters Novela from Courier It Services for his excellent customer service. After receiving notifications that my parcel was out for delivery for three days without receiving it, I called for assistance. Letters was so patient, calm and helpful. He assured me that my parcel would be delivered that day, and true to his word, it was! He even called the person who had my parcel while I was still on the phone to reassure me that it was on its way. He truly went the extra mile to assist me. Courier It Services has a gem in Letters! Thank you for your professionalism and wonderful service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
