I recently had a mix...
I recently had a mix up with one of the parcels I was sending to a far away town in the Eastern Cape called a number of times but kept on going from pillar to post,contacted the call centre and finally got through to Sphamandla Mtimkhukulu who transferred my enquiry to Thulisile Motshoeneng who handled the enquiry with so much Grace and took it upon herself to calm me down as I was quite upset but she managed to calm me down and reassured me she would sort it out before close of business today and that’s exactly what she did-Super Kudos to Thulisile and Sphamandla such level of customer excellence is worth the highest form of applause!
