I noticed that my delivery address was captured incorrectly and when I called their number I was assisted by Matimu
I noticed that my delivery address was captured incorrectly and when I called their number I was assisted by Matimu. She assured me that the necessary amendments will be done in time to ensure my package will be delivered the same day at the correct address. After Matimu's additional calls & emails, I received a phone call to receive my parcel at my address. Very satisfying service!
