I have waiting since 10 June 2021 for my parcel to be delivered

I have waiting since 10 June 2021 for my parcel to be delivered. Upon calling them there was a lot of excuses. After several calls my parcel still hasn't been received and when I called Cell C and they followed up my phone they called them and Courierit admitted to losing my parcel. I am very unhappy with their service. Not only because they lost my parcel, but because of their attitude towards me when I contacted them.
