I have been waiting for my Sim card to be delivered
I have been waiting for my Sim card to be delivered. I notified them yesterday morning that I'm at work and that I will require an after hours delivery. Their operations supervisor got back to me and said I would receive my parcel by 7pm. After 7pm I had still not recieved my package. Upon following up he said I would recieve it during the course of the evening. This continued till 22h30 when I decided to go to bed seeing as I have to up by 4am. When I woke up in the morning I found a message 9n my phone saying that he only found my parcel after 23h00. I rep**** and we made an arrangement for this evening. I notified them as soon as I got home and was reassured that I would recieve my parcel by 19h00. It is now 19h26, u have just contacted their operations guy who now says I will recieve it by 20h30. I am certain I will be waiting the whole night again. Big companies like cell c should avoid using courier it, their service is beyond poor. And they do not have any respect for the end user.
