I had a very pleasant experience from the moment I phoned to when the parcel was delivered
I had a very pleasant experience from the moment I phoned to when the parcel was delivered. Spoke to the assistant - Letters on the phone to enquire when my parcel will be delivered, he spoke to the driver Izak while I was holding the line who said my parcel will be deliver in about an hours time. Izak arrived exactly at the time he said he would and was very friendly. Letters was amazing at sorting everything out from his side and I can see he is proud of the excellent service he provides. Well done to the amazing team.
