I had a great experience with Letters Novela at Couriet. He assisted me with exceptional professionalism and understanding regarding my parcel, which was due for delivery on the 28th and 29th of April but had not yet arrived. He took the time to clearly explain the delivery process and helped me understand the possible reasons for the delay. He answered all my questions patiently and made sure I felt heard throughout the conversation. What stood out most was his calm and respectful attitude, even while dealing with my concerns. He also went the extra mile by putting measures in place to help fast-track the delivery of my parcel. I truly appreciated his effort, patience, and willingness to assist. Excellent customer service like this deserves recognition.
