I had 2 parcels from Shein pending delivery

I had 2 parcels from Shein pending delivery. 1 parcel reflected its at the depo and the other still onroute. I contacted courierit/rtt custmer care line and was assisted by a very friendly consultant.i provided her with my shipping numbers. And she were able to provide me me with full delivery details. Not even long after the call to be exact not more then 1 hour I received my one parcel. She even called me to confirm if I have received my parcel and also advised that my second one will be delivered the following day. Caroline provided good customer sevice and sticked to her word that she will follow up and provide with feedback. Thank you Caroline
