I called with a query, wanting to have my parcel delivered a day early. Initially I used the WhatsApp line but after over an hour of waiting for a response I decided to call their landline. I got put through to Lesego Makete. She heard my query of wanting the parcel to arrive today instead of tomorrow as I will be leaving the country tomorrow. She then proceeded to make contact with the Durban yard to find out if it is possible, all while constantly keeping me in the loop. She managed to get my parcel delivered within mere minutes of our last conversation. GREAT SERVICE 👌
