I called in to ask about my parcel since I had issues with getting it because of my availability through work and I spoke to Mr Letters Novela who made it so easy for me and I mean the service I received from him was superb and professional

I was upset but he made me understand and came to a better solution. Thank you Mr Novela keep up the good work 🙏🏿
