I am very pleased to be assisted by Letters Novela, I had a delivery that I have been waiting for four weeks, with no luck until my call was answered by him. I really appreciate his effort in escalating my case, he went through the whole process of correcting the delivery address and contact details. He promised my delivery will be made the following day as the drivers to my area are already out. What i like is he gave me the proper channel to follow up again if delivery is not done as promised.
