I am still waiting on my Parcel.

I purchased from TFG, received message to say package out on delivery everyday since last week yet I never received my parcel to date. Saturday I received a message saying the customer was not available but no one called or knocked at my door since I was home all day. I have been promised call everytime I call since they will investigate but no one comes back to me. Soon I will go on leave and there won't be anyone to accept my parcel what going to happen then. I am getting of always calling and doing follow-ups as it seems the customer service agents themselves don't know what they are doing.
