I am extremely satisfied with the friendly, helpful service given to me by Letters Novela as well as by the 2 trainees, Palesa & Glander, assisting him today
I am extremely satisfied with the friendly, helpful service given to me by Letters Novela as well as by the 2 trainees, Palesa & Glander, assisting him today. He,they, surely walked more than the extra mile🤗 Letters even phoned the driver to ascertain the ETA of the parcel. He also left me his Whtsup nr so I can reach out to him, when experiencing any problems. I am very happy about the exceptional service received from him.
