I am beyond disappointed with their service.

I am beyond disappointed with the service received I received from Courierit. I bought a TV set online from Hifi Corp on 4 December 2020. According to Courierit (Hicorp delivery partner) tracking, my order has been out for delivery since 6 December 2020 till today.

Calling their offices has not helped either. I can never get through to the tracking department. Reception keeps telling me that someone will call me back but never do.
