Huge disappointment

I have been waiting for my delivery for about two weeks now. I called yeaterday and my call was attanded to after waiting on the phone for over 16 minutes. I was told my adressa snd phone number they had was incorrect and i dont know how, i was promised to receive my parcel today but i have not received it yet. I was suppose to go to Limpopo for holidays from today but here i am still here waiting for nothing to come. I am so very much disappointed. I believe this will also affect me doing business with adidas because they were supposed to ensure the parcel gets delivered to me in time as promised.
