How long does it take to deliver an item?

I placed an order with Zando on the 28th of November. The item left Cape Town and arrived in JHB on the 4th of December. Today is the 10th of December and I have still not received the item.<br> <br> I call the call centre every morning to find out what the delay is and I am told that the item will be delivered later today. However I have received nothing and I am still waiting. This delivery service is slower than the South African post office.<br> <br> I was also told that the driver does not have the correct address
