Hostage delivery

I have been waiting for a package since Monday the 22nd of June and today it is Thursday 25th, I got a delivery message on my phone but nothing to date. I've been sent from piller to post and I don't know why this company is still operating under such bad reviews on Google and on some posts on Facebook , Thuli tried to salvage the situation yesterday and today I spoke to Samantha Mongul very rude and unprofessional, was not even bothered and told me that there is nothing she can do, which in my eyes is a do not care attitude. I have a parcel that hasn't left the warehouse and apparently Ennerdale is a unsafe area which is a surprise to me since I'm getting all my deliveries from DHL with no hassle. I'm house bound waiting for a package that is still in a warehouse.
