Horrible service from courierit

I have bought two parcels from Adidas SA on the 6th & 7th November 2022 n they were supposed to be delivered on the 11 & 12 November 2022. I have been getting excuses every day. The don't even bother to call me. I call n trace my parcel every day. I am not happy with their service. The sneakers I bought are about R4000.
