Horrible Service

Useless Useless Useless courier company ever, Placed an order on Monday with Telkom. They received it on Tuesday and update on their app that they are on their way, from 9h00 in the morning around 14h00 I called them and they advised they will call the 14h30 i had to call back and find out and the driver said she is in my area and will come, 15h30 I called again as she has not arrived and will be knocking off, no straight answer, BOOOOOOOM 16H00 Update on their app I am not answering my phone what a joke this company is...No one called me I confirmed my address with Telkom consultant twice, Please before you get exited with your parcel please make sure your dealer is not using COURIERIT, to date i am still waiting but sorry for Telkom i had to cancel the order due to their third party collogues, I don't even want to mention their name anymore, Extremely Horrible Service
