Horrible service!

I had the worst experience. No words can describe how pathetic their service is. I waited for over a week for my delivery but no luck. I had the "Address Problem" 3 times when I tried tracking my item. Long story short, I did not receive my package. I eventually ended up driving to their warehouse to collect my item. It was still sitting in the cage.
