Horrible service!!!!!

I have never experienced such disappointment from a service provider. They received my parcel on the 4th of December, today is the 20th and I have not received my parcel. For the past 6 working days I’ve received SMSs saying my delivery is out but I never received it. Each time the system says the driver was delayed. Yesterday, he even went as far as fibbing and saying that he tried to call which I know is untrue, I’m always on my phone, I’ve got no voicemails or missed calls. I spoke to a lady named Chantel yesterday who promised that she’d make sure I’d get my parcel yesterday, I didn’t and today she is flat out ignoring my calls ( I know this because when I called yesterday she asked if she could the number I’m calling from to call me back which means she can see my number when I’m calling). Today I haven’t been able to get through to her once, the phone just rings without an answer. I called again and was told that I could speak to her manager, Lerato. The lady I was speaking to said she could she was available and transferred me but again it just rand with no answer. She then transferred me to Nombulelo who told me that the driver would be at my house around 14:30 as he is in my area. I’m home now waiting for him. I am sure that by the end of this day Nombulelo will be ignoring me the same way.
