Horrible Service Courier IT

I am currently experiencing a horrid service from this company in KwaZulu-Natal, the Newlands branch.

The consultants are not friendly not helpful at all, always send one from pillar to post. I have been waiting for a parcel from June and it's now End of July. Always excuses when it comes to servicing my area.

I honestly don't understand why is Cell C using this company for deliveries?

I DO NOT recommend that companies should use Courier It's services.
