HORRIBLE SERVICE

Honestly the worst delivery company I have ever come across I have no idea why some companies continue to use it. My parcel still has not arrived regardless of telling them what time the company closes. The driver cannot be reached on the phone I mean how is that even possible for someone that is on the job utilising a work phone. Honestly the worst I have ever come across. CLOSE IT DOWN
