Horrible service

Horrible service! They somehow managed to change the delivery address, causing my package to end up nearly ****m from where it should be. After multiple call to resolve this issue, I was promised a call back at least 5 times, yet I received none! When asked to speek to a supervisor or manager, I was refused. The lady helping me (Lee) the continued to raise her voice at me, and cut the call.

This is unacceptable customer service! I would never recommend this courier to anyone!!

It has now been a week without me receiving my package!!!
