Horrible service

Telkom sent a parcel on Thursday with them and advised I should receive it within 2 days excluding weekends . Friday I received an sms letting me know my parcel was loaded in a vehicle for delivery . And it will be delivered to me between 8 to 5 pm and that didn’t happened and apparently they had a delay and they will deliver today . Today I received the same SMS letting me know my parcel is loaded on the vehicle for delivery and I should expect it from 8 to 5 pm. Haven’t received anything still . I mean I have things to do but I waited for them to deliver and they never . I have put a lot of things on hold cos I’m thinking they will come . If this is how your service is then it sucks .
