horrible service

IM still waiting for an order I placed on the 26th nov which was with Courier it on the 8th already , its the 15th already and still nothing instead when I call their customer care line only today an agent tells me the parcel is still on the floor and haven't left for delivery, im so angry I don't see myself use these services ever in my life again, bad service at its best
