Horrible service!!!

I had a horrible experience with Courierit!!! I'm even being kind by saying horrible.

I've been expecting a parcel from Telkom since last week, I've been calling them since thursday, 27 September 2018, to track my order. The website info and what they say telephonically it two different things! On friday, 28 September 2018 I went on the site to track my order and it said "Contact unavailable"... I never received a call from the driver and my colleagues didn't see any parcel from Courierit. Monday, 01 October 2018, I called around 7am to ask for the driver to call me when he gets here because it says he came but I never saw him. 1pm I called again and they said he's coming at 2.30pm . When I checked on the website it said "Contact unavailable " that time I've been sitting outside the parking lot since 2pm waiting for this delivery and its 4pm now, I haven't seen any courierit van. No help from the call centre!!! Really disappointed with their service!
