Horrible parcel delayed delivery

Good day

On the 4th I called and spoke to Rose to track my parcel, tracking number on the subject line, and was told that the suburb was incomplete, which I updated to Meredale and the lady said it was updated and will receive my parcel today.

Today I called between 13:10 to 13:30 and spoke to a very rude lady who refused to give me her name and kept me on the line without saying anything and eventually when she spoke and told me my suburb is missing, I then requested to speak to the manager and she then dropped the phone on me.

I will post at hello Peter and report to Adidas that you are messing with their clients.

I need my parcel today.
