Horrible customer service

I guess this company does not even care to give their customers a call if they can't make delivery. Got my tracking number from Road Protect to check how far my delivery is. It turns out that my license disk has been with them from the 20th. As to why they are not delivering it only God knows. I called them yesterday and the lady I spoke to assured me that they will deliver yesterday it turns out they were lying. The lady also said the driver will call me to give an expected time of delivery still no one called me. Also sent an email to them no one responded. I guess they just don't care. citrp***
