Horrible Courier Service

I have been waiting for the courier IT to come and collect a Superbalist parcel since February 6, 2025. They kept on sending sms to reschedule after I stayed in the house waiting for them only to reschedule without a call just a sms in the afternoon.

When superbalist was using FAST AND FURIOUS the service was excellent I don't understand if they are not seeing the mess Courier It is putting us customers in.

I just want the parcel to be collected.
