Horrible and unsafe service

I was expecting a parcel delivery from courierit. It was a phone being sent from MTN for an insurance claim, so it's an expensive product. On the package it even specifies to make sure they leave the parcel with the intended recipient and to ask for ID. Not only did that not happen, but they left the parcel with a completely different person, which should never have happened. This person had no relation to me and was some random lady near my work place. Shocking, and such a security risk. The only reason I tracked it down is because I got notified the parcel was delivered and I went and walked around trying to find them. Not the way it's supposed to work
