higly disgusted with the ****PPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP Service

I AM EXTREMELY DONE WITH THIS COURIER COMPANY,it is a joke for real. i am highly dissappointed to say the least. i ordered an item from PetHaven and the order was picked up last week friday , up until today i have not recieved the package , i phoned each day of this week to check when i will be getting delivery of my package and i keep getting the same answer as it is an economy package - yes it was picked up on the 26th of Aug 2022 it is meant to take to 2 to 3 days.
