Highly Unprofessional! Lying Drivers!!

**** Service! I had to receive an online order on my birthday yesterday, and even though I was home the whole day, the driver claimed they were at my gate but I was not there. To further show how this is not true, they did not even make attempts to call me and make sure that I really am not home. Since I had to leave and would not be able to collect the package at a later date, I tried calling the Courier Service for help, and I was sent back and forth between them and Zando, being told that my order number ********** 38 does not reflect on their system. I was losing airtime I couldn’t even afford to use at the moment. The whole ordeal really turned my birthday into a bad experience, when all I wanted was to celebrate with my package. When someone finally helped, they called the driver, and I could clearly hear the driver refuse to deliver my package over the phone, claiming it was ‘too far’. Surprisingly, however, when it was suggested to me that we meet up at a place which is five minutes from my place, he was able to make it there! By some miracle that place was not ‘too far’ now??!!! I had to immediately organise transport ( More unplanned costs) to meet up with him! I am really disappointed with the service I got!!
