Had trouble getting my order delivered for 2 days battled with the Durban team
Had trouble getting my order delivered for 2 days battled with the Durban team. One call to Hlekani from coustomer services and it was sorted out. He took the time to call me back more then once and put me incontact with the exact person in Durban who I needed to deal with. He arranged with the Durban team to hve it sorted out and for me to get my delivery. Hlekani is an asset to your coustomer services team and should be recognised for his outstanding service which is not something I get to experience in today’s world anymore.
