If only one could give ZERO STARS. I received an sms that my parcel was dispatched & should arrive between 8:00 & 17:00, I stayed home, missed class because of these people, 19:00 came, still no word from them, yet the tracking-status was "contact not available" as if they had called or came to my house. Worst service.
