Great service from Lawrence @ CourierIT

I ordered from Truworths Online late evening on Monday 20.08.2018. This order was obviously only processed the next day and was sent from JHB. I enquired regarding the delivery after two days from order date, and the person who assisted me at was Lawrence at CourierIt. He kept me in the loop on the location of my order, and phoned me this morning to confirm that the package is out on delivery. I have just received my order (24.08.2018 @ 09:30) and I am very impressed =)

I would like to commend Lawrence for going the extra mile for keeping me updated throughout - normally with online orders it is quite a struggle to locate items.
