Great service from agent/consultant, but delivery service was very disappointing.

This 5 star rating is specially meant for Letters Novela who showed a high level of professionalism and dedication, who went an extra mile in ensuring that I as a customer, am satisfied and receive my parcel as scheduled.

The courier company service deserves a zero start rating, because their service is very substandard and disappointing. I waited for a delivery for the whole day, and spent time and airtime trying to locate the driver but with no luck. I was so frustrated and annoyed by the poor service, and it was only until I called Head Office and got a swift response from Letters, who made the entire process seamless in locating the driver, and ensured that I receive my parcel in less than 30mins thereafter.

In the midst of the waiting process, Letters kept in touch, professionally apologised for inconvenience caused by the driver and checked if I had received my parcel. A big thank you goes to Letters Novela for his outstanding dedicated customer service.
