<p>I had trouble with a delivery, the driver could not locate the building, I sent through a query to the johannesburg branch of Courierit and received speedy response from Elsie, the next day the delivery still did not arive so I emailed her again, she once again responsed immediately, and truly went the extra mile to assist, she was friendly and such a complete pleasure to deal with, keep up the great service!</p>
